Loading

Before using the Vibravoice autonomously, you will have to load it completely for at least 8 hours. Plug the adaptor (3) and link the jackplug to the socket (4) of the Vibravoice. A red light (5) shows the Vibravoice is loading. You can use it while loading.  

  Microphone: 

Take the small golden microphone (2) and plug it to (6). You can also use another microphone than this one (a cable for example) but the tactile results may not be the same than with the microphone which is very well fitted for the Vibravoice. 

  Instructions: 

Plug the Vibravoice using the switch (7): 

  In the S position , the Vibravoice will be used only when you place your thumb on the plate. This Standard  or Sensitive position is very useful when you are having an irregular conversation. As soon as you take your thumb out of the plate, the vibravoice will reduce its output, thus saving energy. 

  In the position, the  Vibravoice is used permanently. This position is suitable when you follow a conversation with an out vibrator (10). On this position, it is better to plug the Vibravoice throught the adaptator, because the internal battery is very limited.

When you are not using the Vibravoice, turn it off (7) on the position O . You will save a maximum of energy. 

  Normal use of the Vibravoice.

When the Vibravoice is on (position S or ), take the Vibravoice in your hand and gently place your thumb on the plate (9), then increase the volume with the button (8). You will have to get familiar with the good level of intensity. Too high a volume will transmit the back noises, but too low a volume won't bring the awaited avantages of the Vibravoice.

Hold the Vibravoice in your hand and aim the microphone discreetly on the person talking to you. While reading the lips of your co-utterer, you'll easily link the movement of the lips with the tactile vibrations of the plate of the Vibravoice. With a bit of practice you'll soon be able to manipulate the Vibravoice with one hand. 

  Use of the Vibravoice with microphone and external vibrator.

In some applications such as during conferences, speeches, lectures, it is often uneasy to hold the Vibravoice. Thus the possibility to plug anather microphone or another device to the switch (6). And thanks to an external vibrator plugged to (10), you'll be able to get a better vibro tactile sensation with 3 fingers instead of one. You'll have to put the switch (7) on the position and to plug the Vibravoice through the adaptor. The duration of the use is thus not limited.

  Use of the Vibravoice with a stereo or a TV set.

The Vibravoice can also be used with a stereo or a TV set. Plug headphones with an appropriate cable to the microphone plug (6) in the Vibravoice. Increase or decrease the volume to get a clear tactile perception. Here, it is preferable to put the switch (7) on the position and use the Vibravoice with an external vibrator and an adaptor.
